The Edible Basel - Local.Bio.Saved tour is a guided, interactive walking experience in that begins at Basel’s revived Markthalle, where we will visit a couple of bio, organic and foodsaving shops. Our guide will take you into the Old City of Basel (Altstadt), where we will reveal hidden treasures throughout the Old City, cross over the Rhine River (by bridge or ferry) into Klein-Basel. Featuring 9 stops, it highlights sustainable and bio shops, cooperatives, and small businesses transforming our food system through local production and foodsaving.
