The Team

Founded in Basel, Sustainable City Tours is a non-profit association dedicated to developing and promoting city tours that showcase sustainable businesses, projects, and initiatives. What began as a tour design project in a course at University of Basel — and through the meeting of two like-minded yet complementary professionals — has, within just two years, grown into a tax-exempt organization with a passionate and expanding team.​

Today, our association is led by two co-presidents and supported by five additional founding members, along with four dedicated tour guides. Together, we work to offer engaging, thought-provoking, and inspiring tours that invite people to discover sustainability in and around Basel from new perspectives.
